We want you to love your Sister Jane pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags and vintage-inspired packaging attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Sister Jane boutique tags remain intact and the parcel is well-sealed.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been fully processed.
